Mobile Spy, one of the leading spy phone vendors, has officially released their iPhone spy application. When installed on an iPhone, this spy phone application secretly records all incoming or outgoing SMS messages & the iPhone’s call history. This information is then uploaded to a remote server at various intervals, to be viewed via any internet connected device (PC or Mobile) with a web browser. Which iPhone Versions Are Compatible?
The iPhone spy phone works for second generation (3G) iPhones only. Currently, the iPhone spy phone application is not compatible with the first generation iPhone. If your Apple iPhone is a 3G 2.x phone then it is compatible.
One thing to point out is that you DO NOT need 3G access for the iPhone spy software to work, but the iPhone must have internet enabled so the spy phone software can upload logs to your online account. iPhone Spy Phone Software Coming Soon

Lately, I’ve been receiving a ton of emails from people asking me when cell phone spy software for the iPhone will be available. It seems everyone wants to spy on an iphone these days. The iPhone is now the top selling phone in the United States and most likely several other parts of the world, its no wonder more and more people are anxious to get their hands on iphone spy software.
The good news is that I know of two vendors who are 3-4 weeks away from releasing iphone spy software. It looks like you’ll be able to do all the basic spy phone stuff. Read SMS messages, view the phone’s call log, etc. However, it seems the iPhone spy software will only work on the new v2.0 3G iPhones. This has not been 100% confirmed yet by both vendors, but it has been confirmed by one of them. The phone will also have to be unlocked (jail broken) in order for the spy phone software to work on the iphone.
Overall this means in order to install the iphone spy software, you’ll most likely have to do the following:
1) Unlock the iphone.
2) Install the iphone spy phone software.
3) Send SMS command to the phone to complete installation.
4) Send test SMS & confirm everything is working.
