How do I find out if someone is spying on me. I think my ex boyfriend put spyware on my phone. And how do I get it off and how do I protect myself from this.

Thank You

Hello,

I have a good reason to believe that someone I sued may be using spyware on my cell phone. Is there any product out there to detect it and then remove it? Will it help trace back to the number that is listening in so I can try to prosecute them? Is it even illegal in Florida?
Thanks,

Carlos

I bought a spy package from BigDaddy.com called Blueware, they said it worked on any phone that had bluetooth, old, new, didn't matter. Well it did matter, my phone is an enV2 bluetooth enabled and the target phone is blue tooth enabled, however, now they say my phone has to be Java enabled, which it isnt. Now Im stuck sitting here with no help from these guys and dont know what to do. Really need this capability now but what do I do?
