iPhone 4.0 JailBreak Now Available — And Easy To Do

iPhone 4 (iOS4) Spy Software Update

UPDATE> JULY 23, 2010: Several news reports have hit the wires today that indicate a Jailbreak for iOS4 is very close. Once a iPhone 4 Jailbreak is released, it should only be a few more days (to possibly a week) until you can start buying iPhone 4 spy software. I’ll continue to post updates as we get closer.

Just want to post a quick update in response to several emails I’ve received about the iPhone 4 & iOS 4.
As of today, none of the iPhone spy apps sold by the leading iPhone spy phone vendors (such as Mobile Spy & Flexispy) support the new iOS 4 operating system. What this means is that you cannot install an iPhone spy app on any iPhone that has the new OS installed (such as the new iPhone 4).
If you’re planning on buying a spy app for the new iPhone, or if the person you want to spy on has recently upgraded their OS to iOS 4, then you should wait. The good news is that I’ve heard from numerous sources that support is very close, but nothing has been officially released yet.

5 IMPORTANT BlackBerry Spy Software Buying Tips
Posted by: | CommentsThe last several days, I’ve been spending a lot of time replying to emails. Most of the questions had to do with phone compatibility, suspicious spouses, concerned parents, and a bunch of general spy phone questions.
One thing thing that stood out to me, was the large number of BlackBerry related questions. Not sure why, but it seems BlackBerry is a platform that produces the most questions from people who either have just purchase BlackBerry spy software and are now having problems, or people who are about to purchase BlackBerry spy software and are confused with a few things. This got me thinking that perhaps creating a ‘BlackBerry spy software buying tips’ blog post, would help anyone about to buy BlackBerry spy software — not make the same mistakes that others have made in the past.
Here is that list. I created it by going back and looking at all the BlackBerry related emails I received this year.
BLACKBERRY SPY SOFTWARE BUYING TIPS
1) VERIFY THE BB IS ON A DATA PLAN
Before you buy BlackBerry spy software, MAKE SURE the BlackBerry that you are installing the software on has a data plan. A data plan essentially enables the phone to connect to the internet, using the phone’s browser. A quick way to check, is to open up the browser and try to visit any external website such as Amazon, Google, etc.
Not only is a data plan required in order to install the software, but it’s also required to upload the logs that are recorded on your target’s BlackBerry. Most of the data plans come with an unlimited package (as shown in the screenshot above for AT&T’s BlackBerry packages), but there are situations where your target chose NOT to subscribe to a plan. This is common for anyone on a prepaid plan (although Boost Mobile has recently begun to offer unlimited data plans), and GSM networks outside the US.
One important point to bring up. If you find out that your target is on a data plan, but unfortunately NOT on an unlimited plan, then you might want to think twice about installing BlackBerry spy software on their phone. Even at the most optimal settings, such as you set the software to report only once every 24 hours, and you disable the GPS tracking, the software will still deplete the prepaid balance at an aggressive pace.
In summary, the best scenario is for your target’s BlackBerry to 1) be on a data plan, 2) the plan is an unlimited package.
2) OS v4.x OR v5.0? YOU NEED TO CHECK!
Before you make you purchase BlackBerry spy software, it’s also highly advisable that you verify the OS version of your target’s BlackBerry. The reason is that not all BlackBerry spy software supports OS v5.0.
For those of you who do not know how to check the OS version, it’s very simple. Just follow these steps.
1) Open the Options folder on your target’s BlackBerry. The icon should have an image a wrench.
2) Select ‘About’ from the list.
3) Now look at the third line (see the screenshot above). If you see v4.x, then that particular BlackBerry will support all of the popular BlackBerry spy apps on the market. If you see v5.x, then you are only limited to the ones that support this version.
Both MobiStealth (www.mobistealthSPY.com) & Mobile Spy (www.mobile-spy.net) support OS v5.0, but Flexispy (www.flexispysoftware.com) DOES NOT. What I’m finding out from various emails, is that since Flexispy has the popular live call monitoring feature, someone who is shopping around see that feature, and then quickly buys Flexispy without checking the OS version of their target’s BlackBerry. Then when they try to install the software, all sorts of problem start to occur, and they end up wasting countless hours trying to figure out whats wrong. In the end, they either ask for a refund, or give up and essentially waste $350 bucks on something they could have been prevented.
In summary, knowing the OS version of your target’s BlackBerry, will play a very important role in which BlackBerry spy product you end up purchasing.
3) RESEARCH THE BB’S FEATURES
A few weeks ago, I received an email from someone who had purchased MobiStealth’s BlackBerry spy software to monitor and track her teen daughter. She was able to get everything to work except the GPS tracking. She decided to send me an email to see if I had any idea what the problem was. After a little bit of research, I realized the problem. I went to AT&T’s website and sure enough, they list the BlackBerry Curve 8520, as having GPS. Unfortunately, this is wrong.
If you go to BlackBerry’s website, or do a quick search for the 8520, you’ll find out that this version does not have GPS.
The whole point of this story, is to recommend that you take the time to ensure your target’s BlackBerry supports all the features of the BlackBerry spy software you are purchasing. For example, if GPS tracking is important to you, then make sure the phone has GPS. If you choose to spend more money so you can view photos snapped on the BlackBerry, make sure your target’s phone has a camera.
In summary, knowing the features of your target’s BlackBerry phone will ensure you get the most out of your purchase, and save the aggravation of trying to figure out why a particular feature wont work.
4) KNOW WHAT SPY FEATURES YOU WANT
It’s very important that you understand all the features that you need, BEFORE you purchase the software. If I were you, I would write down a list of everything you want to do. Read emails, view photos, monitor their PC, track their location, etc. Don’t worry if you are not sure if the feature is offered, just write down all the spy features that are most important.
Now take this list and go to the BlackBerry spy software vendor you are looking at, and find out which version supports the most features. A common problem I read in various emails, is someone had purchased BlackBerry spy software without really thinking what they needed. After using it a few weeks, they quickly realized a feature they realy need is not supported. They then end up having to make another purchase, and go through the whole installation process again.

If you add these two features with a price point that is much more affordable, MobiStealth looks to be a solid buy.
WHICH ONE TO BUY?
If you are wondering which one to buy, it’s hard to argue against buying MobiStealth when you compare it against both Flexispy & Mobile Spy. MobiStealth LIGHT & PRO offer more features for less money. The only situations where I can see choosing the others over MobiStealth are:
1) You need live call monitoring. If you need to secretly listen in on live calls, Flexispy’s PRO-X is your only option. No other BlackBerry spy app exists that has a live call monitoring feature. Priced at $349 USD, it’s not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for.
2) You need both PC & mobile monitoring. If you need to spy on and monitor BlackBerry & PC, then Mobile Spy might be a good choice to consider. For less than $100 bucks, you get a BlackBerry spy app and PC spy software. This is a great “one-two” punch that some people might want to get a more complete picture of their target’s activities.
3) Worried about stability. As with any new product, there is bound to be some “issues” once a large number of users get their hands on it. It happens to the biggest companies in the world such as Apple or Microsoft, to the small start ups whose mere existence might be riding on a single release. Until you start getting real people subjecting the software to thousands and thousands of various real world scenarios, it’s hard to tell what might be uncovered. Tiger Text Cheating Spouse App vs. iPhone Spy Apps

Over the past few days, there has been a considerable amount of news about a new cheating spouse app for the iPhone called Tiger Text. Although Tiger Text definitely looks like a fun app, a cheating spouse hoping to use Tiger Text to carry on an affair wont stand a chance if their spouse has installed an iPhone spy app on their iPhone.
Before I get into all the reasons why Tiger Text will actually HELP a suspicious spouse catch a cheater (versus helping the cheating spouse carry on an affair), here is an overview of what Tiger Text is, and how it works.
WHAT IS TIGER TEXT & HOW DOES IT WORK?

Tiger Text is an iPhone app that advertises itself as a tool to help people “cover their tracks” that are left when sending traditional text messages. What Tiger Text does is enable a cheating spouse to send text messages between the “other person” (who is also using Tiger Text) and not worry about the text message being found by someone else — because messages sent via Tiger Text will essentially self destruct within a specified timeframe.
When you send a text message using Tiger Text, the content of your message is never sent to the recipient’s phone as it does when you send a standard text message. Since the message doesn’t reside on the recipient’s phone, but rather stored on Tiger Text’s servers, you are given full control when the messages are deleted from Tiger Text’s servers.

As you can see from the screen shots above, once the messages are gone, they are gone. You can set messages to ‘Delete On Read’ or set your own time limit such as 2 hours, 4 hours, etc. A few other tidbits of information are that both users must have Tiger Text installed (there is a free reader if the other person doesn’t want to buy Tiger Text), and if a message is set to expire at a specified time period and it’s not read, then its gone forever. The developer of the app says that using Tiger Text will help you cover your tracks, and I agree 100%. It will help someone cover their tracks who is using Tiger Text to send text messages. However, if a suspicious spouse has secretly installed an iPhone spy app on their spouse’s iPhone, then its game over. The cheating spouse will get caught. I’m 100% sure of it, for the reasons below.
Here are my 5 reasons why Tiger Text will actually HELP catch a cheating spouse (and NOT help a cheating spouse carry on an affair).
#1) Live Call Tapping – iPhone spy apps such as Flexispy PRO-X enable a suspicious spouse to secretly listen in on calls. Even if their spouse is using Tiger Text to communicate, at some point they will talk to them on the phone. When they do, the suspicious spouse can secretly tap into the call and listen in to what is going on.
#2) Stealth GPS Tracking - Ok, so someone uses Tiger Text’s cheating spouse app to arrange a secret meeting with the “other” person. Perhaps it’s during a work day and they are supposed to be in meetings all day (thats their story), or maybe they are supposed to be on the east side of town versus the west side. Regardless of where they are supposed to be, what they end up doing is using Tiger Text to meet up someplace thinking their spouse will never know. Unfortunately for them, an iPhone spy app has stealth GPS tracking (available on Mobile Spy & all versions of Flexispy). This means when they are at their secret meeting, their spouse will know exactly where they are and will be able to track them down. So much for covering your tracks.
#3) Remote Monitoring - This is similar to the item above, but with a bit more drama thrown in. The news has hit not only the tech blogs and news sites, but also all the traditional media outlets such as CNN, NY Times, etc.. which means if a cheating spouse thinks Tiger Text is going to be their savior, they are in for a big surprise because if they’ve heard of it, most likely their spouse has as well. What will their excuse be when their spouse flips through their icons and sees a big orange ‘Tiger Text’ icon on their phone. I’d like to see someone explain to their spouse the reasons for needing an app the deletes messages that they don’t want other people to read. Furthermore, if the “other” person wants to collect evidence, all they have to do is take a screen shot (power button + home button) before the message is deleted, and they will have the evidence they need to be used in any way they want.
In summary, in my opinion Tiger Text is more of a novelty app. It’s something you show your friends, joke about at parties, etc., but it’s not something that will help a cheating spouse carry on an affair, especially if their spouse has secretly installed an iPhone spy app on their iPhone. If that’s the case, the only thing Tiger Text will do is only give the cheating spouse a false sense of security and most likely just expedite the inevitable day of when they are caught. When that happens, they’ll find themselves giving their own version of a public apology to their family for their indiscretions.

I’m personally really excited about this product because I’ve tested out Flexispy Pro-X for Symbian and Windows Mobile phones, and I was extremely impressed. If Flexispy Pro-X for the iPhone, works as good as it did for the other cell phones, then this is quickly going to become the most talked about iPhone spy application on the net, which makes you wonder if Apple will step in and do whatever they can to put an end to spy phone software for the iPhone.

Flexispy Spy Phone Software Demonstration

Flexispy spy phone software is a very powerful piece of technology. However, I do get a lot of questions regarding which version of Flexispy to buy.
Flexispy Light? Flexispy Pro? Flexispy PRO-X? or something else. People seem to get confused with either what they need (or think they need) or with not really understanding the full capabilities of Flexispy. Just want to share some good news with everyone. Although it’s been a bit quiet lately in the spy phone world, there is a bit of good news.
Today I launched a spy phone forum (www.spyphoneforums.com) dedicated to the spy phone industry. My vision for this spy phone forum is a place where everyone can ask questions, share their spy phone experiences, read about the latest spy phone news and reviews (from not only me, but other customers as well), and just talk about anything spy related.
Another reason for launching this spy phone forum is due to the large number of emails I receive on a daily basis. On average, I get about 75 emails a day from people around the world with various spy phone questions. I’d estimate that more than 75% of the questions are similar to what is being asked every day by others, so by having a forum where people can post their questions and read the replies from myself and other people, will benefit everyone who is looking for spy phone software.
