- On the Home screen or in the Instant Messaging folder, click on the BlackBerry Messenger icon.
- On the contact list screen, press the Menu key.
- Click Options
- Press Menu
- Click About BlackBerry Messenger and you’ll see Version xx at the top. (If you see anything under v5.0, then press the Menu key and click Check for Update.)
2) Verify the BlackBerry is using firmware v4.5 or above. If you’re not sure, just do the following:
- Open the Options folder on your target’s BlackBerry. (The icon should have an image a wrench.)
- Select About from the list.
- Now look at the third line. If you see v4.5 or above, then you’re good to go.
If you’ve verified that the BlackBerry has Messenger v5.0 or above, and is using firmware v4.5 or above, then you’re all set.

the mobistealth location finder was working great a while ago and now it is not. did i do something wrong or has anyone sent his before and can do anything to fix it? HELP!!

you need to contact their support. I found the program to be hit or miss. It has never really fully worked. Just last weekend they did na update to their serves. I sent another email to their support for assistance but still have not received a reply. I wish they had a ph# to call.
I have contacted their support they are quick responsive and very very hard worker to support their customers.
