UPDATE> JULY 23, 2010: Several news reports have hit the wires today that indicate a Jailbreak for iOS4 is very close.  Once a iPhone 4 Jailbreak is released, it should only be a few more days (to possibly a week) until you can start buying iPhone 4 monitoring software. I’ll continue to post updates as we get closer.

Just want to post a quick update in response to several emails I’ve received about the iPhone 4 & iOS 4.

As of today, none of the iPhone apps sold by the leading iPhone monitoring vendors (such as Mobile Spy & Flexispy) support the new iOS 4 operating system.  What this means is that you cannot install an iPhone monitoring on any iPhone that has the new OS installed (such as the new iPhone 4).

If you’re planning on buying a monitoring app for the new iPhone, or if the person you want to monitor has recently upgraded their OS to iOS 4, then you should wait.  The good news is that I’ve heard from numerous sources that support is very close, but nothing has been officially released yet.

PS> If you’ve already installed an iPhone monitoring app on an older iPhone (3G/3GS), and they’ve recently upgraded their OS to iOS 4, then you will unfortunately need to go through the whole installation process again once support for iOS 4 is released.
