Spy Phone Tip #1 – Here are a couple quick and easy ways to monitor a cell phone without buying any software.
How To View Call & Text Message History Logs – Sign up for online account access with your cell phone provider. Just go to the cell phone provider’s website and create an online account. Some providers such as Verizon & ATT Wireless send out a temporarily password directly to the cell phone, so make sure you check the sign up details.
Once you have online account access, you will be amazed with the type of information you can retrieve. Complete call logs (incoming & outgoing) with land and cell numbers, text/picture message details such as the sender/recipient cell phone number, time, and date. You can even export all the data to view later. Armed with this information, you’ll be able to quickly figure out if there is any suspicious call activity going on and take the necessary steps. This could include such things as your children calling someone you told them to stay away from, or your employees making personal calls that are against company policy.
How To Find Out Who Owns A Number That You Often See In Call Logs – If you need to find out the owner of a particular phone number (land line or cell phone), it’s a lot easier than you probably think. The internet is flooded with services that will do a reverse phone look up. This means you enter a telephone number, and within seconds you will get details who owns that particular number. Most of the services I’ve used are free for land lines. Unfortunately, to do a reverse cell phone look up requires you to pay, but most services are anywhere between 10-15 bucks per report. The report will provide information such as who owns the cell and their address.

I’m NOT a fan of bluetooth spyware. I personally feel those products are a rip off and completely mislead people. If you want spy software, check out either Mobile Spy or Flexispy. Both make spy phone software for a variety of phones such as iPhone, Android, Symbian, Windows Mobile, & BlackBerry.

Without a data plan, I dont know of any way. Not sure which network you are on, but you might want to look at SIM card spy tools. As long as the phone has a SIM card, you can use one of these devices to recover deleted text messages. However, it doesnt work if you are on a CDMA network.

in adition to signing up for the online account, if your target makes and recieves lots of calls, and it is hard to pick out the suspicious ones, make a list of all the calls target made and recieved that day,in chronological order, then when target is asleep that night, take phone, and copy the call log out of the phone, in the order the calls were made. take the two lists and compare. which calls and texts did your target delete? now you know which phone numbers are suspicious. you also must do this if your online account does not show incoming calls phone number, and does not show the number associated with the text messages. you will not know which incoming calls he is deleting, or who the deleted texts are to and from, but if you compare the two lists, you will see if some have been deleted. you can go thru your own phone to see which of the calls were from you, and which of the texts were from you, and then if there are some left over according to the online account, but they are not in the phone, you know he is deleting some.
this is for suspected cheaters, not kids or employees
instead of paying for the reverse phone number service, try these free tips for figuring out who the number belongs to:
call the number restricted. if they do not answer, make note of three things.
#1. is there a ringback tone? lots of times you can figure out the sex of the person if it is a girly ringback or a “manly” one (lol couldn’t think of a better term) like if its a rnb female singer, most likely a girl, if its a hardcore rap song, its probably a guy.
#2. is there a voicemail greeting message? that will tell you in a heartbeat if it is a man or woman.
#3. they may or may not say their name. but if they do, you now know who they are.
if they dont answer and there is no ringback or voicemail to go on, keep calling over and over again. they will get mad or curious and answer it. works every time. BUT as i will mention in the next paragraph, it could be the persons significant other answering, angry that someone is calling his wife/her man over and over again restricted. you will not know anything if that happens. keep calling the phone every few days at different times. see who is the main one answering.
if they do answer, you may either listen to them say hello, to see if you can figure out who it is, or atleast know if it is a man or woman. WATCH OUT lots of people don’t answer restricted calls, and lots of people will have their boyfriend or girlfriend amswer it. if it is an innocent friend of your target, they may have their significant other answer, leading you to believe the phone number is the wrong sex, or that persons significant other may get mad over the restricted call coming in and answer it. thats what i USED to do if my man gets a restricted call! so if you think this may be the case, you can try calling the phone once a day or twice a day at different times, to see if this person is the one always answeing the phone.
(and if your man DOES get a restricted call while you are around, the best way to handle it is make him answer it in front of you, and watch and listen. if the restricted caller is the mistress, she is not going to let you know that if you answer your mans phone! she will most likely hang up, and you will miss out on the opportunity to find out who it is.)
if they do not answer, no voicemail, then try going to a payphone, or using a phone at someone elses house (someone not in your mans circle of people) so that it won’t come up as restricted, but they still won’t ever know who it is. they will most likely asnwer it since it is not restricted. you may then either passively listen to the person say hello, or you may go ahead and try these tricks.
you can say, i found this number on my caller id who is this? if they ask who you are, you can make up a name. if the person ever calls your friend back, your friend will not know what the person is talking about, and the caller will think its all a mistake. no harm done. or tell your friend not to answer that number ever.
if you have an IDEA of who the name might be (if youve asked your man/woman what is this number in your phone? and they gave you a name, you need to check it) then call them from a payphone or someone elses phone, and when they answer, just start saying the name you THINK it is, just like you are a friend of theirs. like this.
them “hello?”
you “hey michelle!!”
them “who is this?”
you “oh do i have the wrong number? is this michelle ‘smith’?”(make up a last name if you want or don’t say one at all)
then either one of these may happen.
them “no this is michelle anderson.”
or
them “yes this is michelle who is this?”
or
them “no this is not michelle. wrong number.”
you also can go thru his contact list, and check every single one, and copy them down, name and number. when you call his contact labeled “johnny” and a girl is always answering, then it may not be johnny, it may be he labeled his mistress under a wrong name to throw you off. also, if you see numbers on the online account being dialed that are not in his contact list, then this number is obviously important enough for him to memorize, but for some reason he doesn’t want it saved in his contacts. can we say suspicious?
say you are looking in his contacts, and you see his friends name, george, and you know he has a friend named george but george has more than one number saved under his name. you need to follow up on those, becuase he may have put his mistress’s name under a buddy of his, to throw you off. or it may be george is big ballin and has two cell phones. or maybe george has a house phone and a cell phone. but if a female answers georges phone, just have a guy friend ask for george (in case its georges wife, she may be mad at a girl calling and say wrong number. then you will be susicious for no reason) and you will know right then wether there is no george associated with that number, or if a female is simply answering a shared phone.
also, if you find a number in your mans phone you are suspicous about, and you call it and a female answers, don’t get too excited, even if your man has told you its a male friend of his. this could be the friend’s girlfriend’s phone, or his mama’s house phone.

Money is very tight right now… Are you 100% sure this software will work on a Palm Centro phone before I purchase it? I need to read his Incoming& Outgoing Texts & emails?
