Happy New Year!
Now that 2008 is behind us, what new spy phone products will be released in 2009? Here is a list of new products that I’ve confirmed with various spy phone vendors, that are currently in development and/or scheduled to be released very soon. I’ll be writing about these spy phone products in much more detail in the coming weeks & months.

ANDROID G1 SPY PHONE
Yes, there are a couple spy phone vendors working on spy software for the new Android OS by Google. Right now, the only phone available using Android is the G1, which is sold by T-Mobile. Not much information currently available, but I’m assuming all the basic spy phone features will be offered such as sms interception, GPS tracking, call logging & email logging. Future versions will have remote call monitoring and live call interception.

BLACKBERRY SPY PHONE (STORM & BOLD)
I’ve confirmed that you will soon be able to by spy phone software for both the Blackberry Storm & Blackberry Bold. Specific Blackberry Spy features are a bit fuzzy right now, but SMS & email interception (outgoing/incoming), call logging (find out who is calling them and who they are calling on their Blackberry), & GPS tracking will be available when the spy software is launched. Future releases will most likely have remote call monitoring.
In addition to Storm & Bold support, Blackberry spy software sold by Flexispy will support the Verizon & Sprint networks. Right now, you are unable to spy on Blackberries that are on Verizon or Sprint, since they are on CDMA networks, but that will soon change. According to the guys over at Flexispy, Verizon & Sprint support will be announced soon.

BLUETOOTH SPY SOFTWARE
Although I’ve been against the current bluetooth spy software currently sold by E-Stealth, Phone Stealth, Big Daddy & others (for reasons I’ll report on this blog soon), there are a couple spy phone vendors currently working on new versions of software that will enable bluetooth spying. Initial releases will only work on the Motorola RAZR & Sony Phones, but at least the software will actually work as advertised. Not sure what the features will includes, but at least you’ll be able to read SMS and call logs. Beyond that, I have no idea.

IPHONE (2G/3G) SPY SOFTWARE
iPhone (2G) Spy Phone – As reported earlier on my blog, Flexispy will have spy phone software available soon for the earlier iPhones. Currently, spy phone software for the iPhone, is only available for the 3G iPhones. The iPhone 2G Spy software, was originally scheduled to be available in late December, but has been pushed back to mid January 2009.
iPhone Spy Phone v2.0 – In 2009, you can also expect additional spy phone features offered by both Mobile Spy & Flexispy. These new features will include live GPS tracking, accessing the photos in the phone, remote call monitoring, & remotely controlling the iphone’s camera to secretly snap photos.
That’s about it for now. Remember, once I get more information on any of the above new spy phone products, I’ll write more detailed reviews.
Once again, Happy New Year!

Hope this helps.
