what’s the best spyware for a motorolla i290? he has a boost phone and i need to get some spyware to check the texts and hear conversations, please help!

I am afraid that my phone may have been hacked by my ex using spyware!I do not trust him whatsoever and money is not a question…If there is spyware available out there he will find it wether it is legal or illegal..

I have the T-mobile My Touch And my friend has the Palm Pre. We have reason to believe both phones may have been compromised, although he has not had direct access to either phone except through text messaging.

1. Is there anyway possible he could have sent the spyware through a text message as an attachment?

2. What is a Homegrown spy app?

My cellphone was stolen and I know you can Not remotely install anything to find it, but what about cellphone Pings? Can I find some to ping the phone to get the general area???

Hello,
I am reading about a lot of spy software claiming a variety of things.
I am somewhat confused and I think Spyphone Guy you have got all the answers. So if possible, please help!

1. Is there any software in market that can ‘LOCATE’ someone just by having their cell numbers (irrespective of what cell phone they are using- could be razr, or old Nokia). And can this happen without getting hold of the other persons phone?
2. Can someone by above means tap someones conversations, texts, chats, etc (i.e without getting hold of others phone and just having his number)
3. If above is possible, can the person track your where abouts if you keep the cell phone off?
