The Apple iPhone now officially has an iPhone monitoring application, that enables anyone to monitor an iPhone in total stealth mode.

The phone you specify is not supported by any of the spy phone vendors. If you come across any advertisement that says that particular phone is supported, do not trust them.

In reference to the requirement that stated the “Second gen (3G) iPhone” must be jailbroken for the program to work. To my knowledge if iPhone 3G users have done the most current software update through itunes, which also upgrades the baseband of the phone. There is not currently a jailbreak (unlock) software solution developed for the new version. Every time you do a software update you must re-jailbreak the phone, if there’s a updated solution.

Can this SW record anything that is typed ? not just SMS.

Jay: I can’t speak for Mobilespy, because I use Flexispy, but for Flexispy, the icon only appears on the phone when you send a certain text to the phone (which you shouldn’t do unless you have the phone in hand). Once you have changed the settings, you will click the slider to hide the icon upon startup – then you restart the phone and the icon is hidden.
Nikoli: Every time there is a new firmware release, you will have to wait for the new jailbreak to come out, then the spyware developers will have to develop the new version of the spyware. In my experience, all this takes up to a couple of weeks for minor releases, and I think it took about 3 weeks altogether for the 3.0 release. The jailbreak came out within a few days, but the spyware developer took longer to come out with the new spyware version. Once the new version comes out, you will have to re-jailbreak the phone and download the new software version. I have had situations where I re-jailbroke the phone and downloaded the new spyware – and then the icon wouldn’t disappear because the spyware wasn’t ready yet. SO, then I had to restore the phone to the official firmware, so the target wouldn’t know the phone was jailbroken. (Even if the target already jailbreaks their phone, you don’t want the spy icon visible to them.) Thank goodness I had done a backup of the phone and had access to the target’s computer (so all the music would be there) and the time to do the restore… It’s best to wait a few extra days to make sure the spyware new version is ready. Hopefully your target won’t update to the new firmware right away. Otherwise, you’re stuck with no data, until you’re able to get the new spyware on the phone.
Sammy: To my knowledge there is no iPhone spy software which does this right now. Flexspy is working on some other enhancements but not a “keylogger” perse.

I have a HTC diamond touch on windows mobile OS and my gf a locked iPhone 3gs. Is there any spyware that I upload on my phone only but still track every SMS and phone call from the iPhone? Or do I have no choice but to jailbreak & upload spyware onto the iPhone? Plus how long does it take to upload everything?

Unfortunately, spy software only works on unlocked/jailbroken iPhones. However, Flexispy does have an option where it retains the look and feel of a locked iPhone so the user doesn’t notice. If you are worried your partner might find out, then I’d try an alternative approach such as PC spy software. Or ask if you can borrow your partner’s iPhone for a few days because you want to try it out and then have your partner use your HTC, which will of course have spy software installed on it.

thanks for the help I have already installed a keylogger program to monitor the pc. You can get this free. download google latitude for tracking and itextuploader for sms tracking. just hide the icons
I can see wanting to protect your children with certain spyware applications. However I am a victim of a stalker that monitors my every move, calls, texts and sabotages any relationship I try and have. If you are in this category please seek out professional help. This is very disturbing and if anyone has any ideas on how to block spyware please post. Also if you know of any way to trace that would be helpful as well as I’m trying to document for criminal proceedings.
